My dog keeps throwing up foam. When should I take him to the vet?

This morning I woke up to my dog throwing up. I went to clean it up and noticed it was all foam with a very, very small amount of blood. Once he went outside he ate a bit of grass and threw up three times again. All foam and no blood. I went to work this morning and came home for lunch and he threw up a few more times outside. Again, just foam. Should I worry and take him to the vet this evening or wait until tomorrow to See if he feels any better? Pet's info: Dog | Basset Hound | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 1 month old | 40 lbs

It is concerning that he has thrown up so many times in just a few hours. I would most certainly have him seen by a veterinarian ASAP. He may have stomach inflammation or a more serious issue like a gastrointestinal obstruction.
