I got 2 male cats,1 pregnamt queen. One of the male behaviours sligtly change after the queen got pregnant. He follows her everywhere and try to keep her to himself all the time. He looks overprotective from what i see. He will loudly meow when got seperated with the queen. At the same time the queen seems to be pretty fierce to him. May i know why he acting like that? What should i do about this situation? How should i treat the other male at the same time to avoid the fighting? Please......

Hormonal changes can definitely cause changes in behavior such as what you are describing. It would be best to keep the male separate from the queen, especially if she is already acting aggressively toward him. Once the kittens are born, the queen will likely get even more protective, which could result in injury if you leave the cats together.
