My dog is limping and won't put weight on his paw. Is it serious?

Thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach with your question about Huncho. I'm wondering if you are referring to him standing with his right hind paw off the ground in the picture. If he won't put weight on it, that means he is painful. He could have injured himself. Unfortunately there are no OTC pain medications you can give him, as many are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given. Without seeing him in person, I can't say how serious this is, so you need to have him seen by a vet. I'd take him into one tomorrow. I hope this helps.
