My puppy can't keep hard food down; why is his tongue pale or white?

My puppy is a couple months old and he can’t keep any hard food down anytime I try and give him hard food he tries it up. His tongue has turned a light pink almost white color the other day

Poor pup! At two months old, your pup should definitely be able to eat solid food and keep it down at this point - so if he can't, this definitely warrants a vet visit. I would recommend taking him in for an exam as soon as possible. He may need lab work, x-rays, or other testing to help determine what is causing this and see what kind of treatment is needed.
