Hello, my 5 month old cocker puppy had a stomach bug from last Monday - with vomiting and diorhea / she stayed over night at the vet and came back Friday - she hasn’t had diorhea since Friday but will only eat boiled chicken and a little dry food ... is it normal for her appetite to still be funny after a week? How long does it usually take to recover? She has lots of energy and is sleeping and exercising well and is definitely interested in our food!

Hi and thanks for your request. Considering the signs you described, it seems Mol is definitively improving. It may take a while for the appetite to go back to normal and a week seems very reasonable. I would recommend to switch gradually to normal diet, mixing the old food with the new one over a week time.
