My senior dog collapsed, cried, and urinated. Is it a seizure?

Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | 13 years old | 10 lbs

My 13 year old dog had a unusual spell the other day she flopped down on the floor with her head tilted upwards and legs stretched out she seemed unconscious was crying moving her back legs and also urinated I tried getting her to sit up but she was all floppy but soon came to when I wetted her down thinking she as having a heat stroke as it was quite hot but did the same two days later when it was not a hot day she seems perfect after these spells,

It sounds like Danika has a seizure, and it a dog her age, that can have very serious causes. You need to take her into a vet as soon as possible. If she seizures again before you can seek vet care: - Don't put your hands near her mouth - Keep some rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle to spray on the pads of the feet for cooling - Monitor her at all times during the seizure to ensure that she cannot hurt herself by crashing into furniture, etc - If the seizure continues for more than 5 minutes, seek emergency care immediately
