My parakeet is shaky, irritable, and sneezing. Is he sick or cold?

hello, my pet parakeet lately has been very shaky all the time and more irritable when he is normally very sweet, and he is making noises that I think might sound like sneezing but I'm not sure. it is winter so I'm not sure if he's just sick or cold. what can I do to help him?

The best thing you can do is have Loki examined by a veterinarian. When birds show signs of illness they can get very sick very quickly. Antibiotics may be needed.
