My dog has a 106° fever after ear cleaning. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Golden Labrador | Female | 2 years and 5 months old | 45 lbs

Sir,befoe 8 days i was given to my dog a injection of tits for 3 days becoz of tits she cause fever of 105° so after that she's fever is normal but today when i was clean she's ears after that again she's causes fever106° so sir someone told me maybe it is joundice but she's mouth muggers wher not yellowish so plz suggest me wht i have to doo plz i m in very typical condition and here timing is 10:41pm and all shops were closed plz help me and before few minutes she has drinked a cup of milk plz

The gum color looks normal. I do not see any evidence of jaundice. Don't give milk. It is not going to help and it may make her sick. Just give water. If she is not better you need to go back to the vet for some blood testing.
