My dog has new lumps after spaying. Could they be mast cell tumors?

After her pyometra surgery on 9th July my dog has developed few lumps under her skin near her nipples n few on skin looking like skin tags n few look like round shaped skin colour lumps.is it true that MCTs occur after spaying?how to know n what r very initial symptoms of MCTs?all r very small in size.what can b these?also HISTAMINE can it lead to MCT?I give her yogurt daily twice(histamine naturally there) will it cause her harm?what food should b given to her?what action needs to b taken?

Those do not look like MCTs, they do not look like tumors at all. They appear to be cysts or warts. If a dog has masses around the mammary glands they are typically not MCTs but adenocarcinomas. I have never heard of MCTs arising after being spayed. I suggest you have her back to your vet for a follow-up exam.
