    Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Not to my knowledge because the labs have contracts with veterinary hospitals and vice versa. And even if you could, what would you do if there were positive results? Over the counter dewormers work for SOME intestinal parasites but will NOT work for tapeworms, giardia, coccidia, fungal overgrowth...you get the idea. So in those cases, you'd need to see a vet anyway. Best wishes to you and Buddy!

Can my cat get a check up at one of your petco locations?
Yes, check with your local PetCo to get their veterinary schedule. I work at one clinic and we provide free exams and offer vaccination packages. We do deworming, microchipping and can test for feline leukemia and FIV. Thanks for using Boop by Petco to help you care for Baby.

I believe my pup has worms and seems to be losing wieght what service should I get?
Thank you for using Boop by Petco! Intestinal parasites can be ruled out quickly with a fecal test. Once your vet determines the type of parasite, they can recommend the appropriate dewormer. I hope this helps and am happy to answer any questions you have!

I have no idea what your question is. If you want pricing for these services you will need to contact your local vet or humane society. VETCO clinics that operate inside Petco stores don't currently provide any services in Hawaii. If you would like to post again with a more specific question then we can maybe help you more.

Hi there and thanks for posting! VetCo which offers a no appointment necessary walk in clinics at certain PetCo stores do offer heartworm tests which (according to their website) is $29.00 for the Heartworm only test. I do not believe there is an office visit fee. What does a fecal examination check for? Do I need to have this done for my dog? Thanks :)
Thanks for using Boop by Petco. A fecal exam usually checks for parasite eggs, single celled parasites, the presence or absence of yeast, and the mixture and types of bacterial. If your dog has any vomiting, weight loss, diarrhea or soft stool at all, then yes, I would definitely do this screening. If he has no signs whatsoever, I would still consider doing it every other year or so to catch things early. Best wishes to you and Oscar!

Unfortunately, there are no veterinary clinics located in Petco stores in your area - yet. You can get vaccinations done at Vetco vaccination clinics, as well as heartworm and flea and tick prevention. Be sure you get Tars in before he is 6 months of age, and he won't need a heartworm test. He should also be dewormed against intestinal parasites. Vetco vaccine clinics don't charge an exam fee, but they will charge you for the vaccinations - here is a link to a map of Petco's in your area with Vetco clinics: chttps://www.vetcoclinics.com/services-and-clinics/clinic-locations-and-schedules/?zip=60606#maptop .
