My guppy fell during tank transfer. How to help her bruising heal?

hi, so when I was transferring my mama guppy from one tank to the other, she jumped out of the net just before i was able to put her in the water. She fell from about a meter high and now her left side has some red bruising type marks, I'm very worried and im not sure if it was because i dropped her of if some other factor. How do i take care of her for the best recovery? - A very guilty owner. Pet's info: Fish | Tropical Fish | Female | 0.06 lbs

I'm sorry this happened! Don't beat yourself up over it too much. It was an accident. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do for her. She will have to heal on her own. Most fish are pretty hearty and will recover from a drop without incident.
