Why is my senior dog suddenly acting off, not walking, and has a lump?

My dog is about 12-13 yrs old adopted. & for some odd reason she was doing fine yesterday and today shes kinda off . she isnt really walking looks like her back legs hurt or giving out. She went up and down stairs to use bathroom but i find it strange because that shes not being herself previously i took her for a walk she was fine.. I noticed a lump inside her lower ademen as well . i would be taking her in tomorrow as well but right now shes laying down i would like to know what can it be. Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Female | spayed | 35 lbs

At her age she most likely has some arthritis that is causing the issue with her legs. Remember, at her age, she is the equivalent to about 87 years old in human years. The lump you are feeling could be any number of things. Your vet should be able to help you sort this out.
