Why is my dog not eating, acting wired, and shaking his head?

My dog doesn’t eat his food from the bowl or anything on the ground or hand only if I throw it for him And he’s acting wired and moving his head. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 25 lbs

You should have Lucky examined by a vet. Any abnormal behavior should be taken seriously. Since I can't see what he is doing it is hard to comment on why he is doing this behavior. It could be a type of seizure activity. It is best for him to be checked out by your vet in person.
