English Bulldog throwing up, twitching, and crying. What should I do?

My english bulldog been throwing up all day and right now she’s twitching to go to sleep and crying once in awhile

Hi, and thanks for your question. These signs could be compatible with an inflammation infection of the gastrointestinal system and surrounding organs (like pancreas and liver).
