My 1-year-old cat ate raw shrimp and is throwing up bile. What now?

Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Male | neutered | 1 year and 5 months old | 10 lbs

My 1 year old are a piece of uncooked shrimp about 3 hours ago. He was totally fine for about an hour, then he started throwing up bile. And then acid. I just want to know how the help him or if I should take him anywhere?

This could be dietary indiscretion. I would fast him for 12 hours and then feed a bland diet as outlined below. If there is no improvement, then I would recommend having a veterinarian examine him so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made.
