My indoor cat started sneezing after being outside, what's causing it?

My cat Jax has been sneezing multiple times in a row throughout the day. He's an inside cat but he got outside a few times. I have him up to date on all of his shots and he's fixed. He didn't start sneezing until he came back after the 3rd time he got outside. Do you know what could be causing this? Pet's info: Cat | American Longhair | Male | neutered | 8 lbs
