My dog has trouble breathing and can't sleep. What should I do?

My dog keeps his cold nose up and is unable to sleep properly, sometimes it also feels like there Is something in his throat, it looks like he is unable to breath properly, please help me I can also send you a video of this.

Poor guy. Unfortunately we don't have video sharing set up through the website. However, you can probably get creative and find out how to share a video using a 3rd party. Regardless of that, even if your pet is having a hard breathing through his nose, he will need to be properly examined unfortunately. Even after a physical exam, he still may need some kind of diagnostic testing such as scoping or radiographs. If an upper airway infection is likley the cause, then a short course of antibiotics should clear things up; however, its imperative that you get Spy seen soon in case this is a more serious condition (i.e. heart disease, pneumonia, bronchitis. I do hope that your pet Spy is going to be ok moving forward. Best of luck and take care.
