My kitten has fungal infection, now won't eat, poop, and is lethargic.

My seven month old Persian kitten has developed some fungal infections all over his body .. I consulted a vet and he suggested to use dermachlor spray or kiskin lotion and prescribed to use ketoconazole tablets if the condition get worse.. it has been since 3 months .. now he's not taking food properly and find it difficult to poop.. and became inactive.. what should I do now.. I'm severely concerned..

I think it’s unlikely the decrease in appetite and difficulty passing stool is related to the fungal infection. He could have another problem like parasites or a viral infection, or he even may have eaten something he shouldn’t. I’d recommend rechecking with your vet.
