Hi my dog has been sick for the past three days with diarrhea and vomiting yellow liquid like its acid like once or twice a day but she has been needing to use the restroom a lot do you know if she is going to be okay please tell me. Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | unspayed | 5 lbs

Unfortunately, I can't tell you if things will be ok or not. Just like humans, pets can have vomiting and diarrhea for many many reasons. These could range from a bacterial infection to kidney failure or cancer. Any pets who has vomiting and diarrhea beyond 48 hours needs to be examined by the veterinarian. I recommend to Isabella examined by the veterinarian today so that you can figure out why she is so sick and so that she can receive appropriate treatment. It's best not to wait because continuous illness can lead to dehydration, electrolyte imbalances and many other worsening conditions. I hope she gets better quickly and please feel free to post any additional questions.
