Pet's info: Cat | Feral | Male | unneutered | 12 years and 4 months old | 5 lbs
I have a very big problem with my 12 year old cat, it's been almost a month now since he's very sick now. It all started with gum infection which led him to stop eating and drinking . We took it to a local vet he gave him some antibiotics and some products to clean his teeth. After the gum infection was finally cured he still can't eat he became very weak lost a lot of weight and he cannot poo the food we force-fed him, and the vet noticed a big lump inside his intestines what could it be TY

Unfortunately the nature of the lump must be understood (through a sampling) to be able to give you appropriate treatment options. This could be a tumor but the origin and type of it are really essential informations at this stage. I would take Lilbear back to your vet and have an abdominal ultrasound performed.
