Why is my 6-year-old cat falling over, like his front half is heavy?

Hello. I have a cat who is about 6.5 years old. The past couple of months he has started falling over a little bit and almost acting like his front half is too heavy for his back half. He might be a bit dehydrated but other than he seems pretty normal.

Lewis needs to be examined by the veterinarian. Weakness is never normal and can indicate many conditions ranging from an electrolyte imbalance to cancer. Lewis needs a physical exam to begin figuring out what is wrong and he will likely needs blood work +/- radiographs. Just like humans, the sooner problems are diagnosed the better the prognosis. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
