My dog keeps throwing up all day. Does he need an emergency vet?

My dog started throwing up this morning & he hasn’t stopped , it’s now night time & he’s still throwing up.

It's pretty serious that Phatboy is has been vomiting all day, and that tells me he is quite sick. He needs to see a vet now. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. Throwing up a lot now days
It's quite serious that Max has been throwing up a lot for days, and he needs to see a vet immediately. He could have a foreign body, pancreatitis, may have eaten something rotten or toxic, or could have a severe GI illness causing his symptoms. Orfeas has to see a vet immediately. It's quite serious that he has vomited this many times in 11 hours. He could have a severe GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, could have pancreatitis, or could have a foreign body. There is nothing you can do for him at home, he needs medical treatment now. Please find an ER vet or a vet on call to see him ASAP.

Poor Truman sounds very ill at the moment! He really does need to see a vet now. I would see if there is an ER clinic in your area you can bring him into immediately. I would be worried now. Constant vomiting may be a sigh of serious gastrointestinal illness. He could have something severe like a blockage in his stomach or intestines. Please have him seen by a veterinarian immediately.

IF he is bright and alert and willing to drink it should be ok to monitor him until your vets office is open; keep fasting for 24hours and reintroduce bland, low fat food. If he becomes weak or dizzy, persistently vomiting on empty stomach or will not drink fluids you should take him to the emergency clinic

Dog constantly throws up.
That's not good that Luna constantly throws up! It could be she has a severe GI illness, parvovirus if she isn't vaccinated, a foreign body, may have eaten something rotten or toxic, or could have pancreatitis. I see that she isn't spayed, and while it wouldn't be common in a dog her age, she could possibly have a pyometra (an infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment). A dog who is constantly throwing up is considered a medical emergency, and she needs to see a vet now.
