Is 70mg prednisone dosage right for my 71lb dog with lymphoma?

You My 9yr old German Shepherd was just diagnosed with advanced lymphoma... the vet prescribed prednisone (20mg). She weighs 71lbs, and the instructions say to give her 3.5 pills a day . That’s 70mg. I tried calling the vet to confirm this was correct , but I’m not getting through. Does 70mg seem right? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | spayed | 9 years and 9 months old | 71 lbs

Immunosuppressive and anti-neoplastic dosages range from 2mg to 4mg per kg of body weight per day for dogs so this sounds about right.
