My dog vomited green, not eating, lethargic. Should I be concerned?

Hi, her vomit was pinky orange and I let it sit over night and the vomit turned bright green. Should I be concerned? She has puked about 9 or 10 times since Saturday night. Not eating. Been very slow and has no energy. She's not her normal self.

Poor Jasmine! Yes, if she has vomited that many times and is acting lethargic, I would definitely be concerned that something may be seriously wrong. Vomiting and lethargy are both vague symptoms that could be caused by lots of different things, so it's hard to say what might be wrong without being able to examine her and run some tests - but I would definitely recommend taking her in to see the vet today.
