My dog has diarrhea now for 3 days and I'm starting to get a little worried. When she defecated it is like a yellow water, and it's not a lot either. She had vomited I guess 3 times yesterday, but no vomit today. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 45 lbs
