What's the difference between vet and low-cost dog vaccinations?

Whats the difference if you get your dogs yearly shots from a vet or you get it from one of these places that give you lower cost shots? Pet's info: Dog | Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier | Male | 2 years and 8 months old | 45 lbs

As long as it is a reputable place that stores the vaccines properly where it doesn't risk them being ineffective, there is no difference.
