My dog's anal tumors have open, smelly wounds. What's the treatment?

My dog has tumors arouns his anus and now has holes on them that he constantly licks and smell bad, what can i do to get the wounds closed? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 15 years and 6 months old | 12 lbs

Poor guy. Spiky needs to be seen by a vet for this. This could be a number of things and if there are tumors, he needs surgery. If there is an odor he will also likely need prescription antibiotics. Please take him in soon for medical treatment as this cannot be treated at home. Until you can get him seen by your vet you can try cleaning the area with Betadine diluted 50;50 with water.
