My cat suddenly has a dark spot on his nose. Should I worry?

My cat has a increasingly darkening spot on his nose that was not there about two weeks ago. I am not sure if it is something concerning or just a spot. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 6 months and 30 days old | 6 lbs

This appears to be just a change in color of the hair alone. No worries. THe haircoat in kittens often does change as they get older.
