Why is my dog's nose dry, losing hair, and also choking?

my dog is having dry nose and hair lose along the nose ,she also has this weird choking. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female

She could have a dermatologic disease or skin infection causing the dry nose and hair loss. The choking could be a gag, cough or reverse sneeze. I would recommend having Brownie examined by your veterinarian.
