My puppy ate a pork bone, now lethargic, vomiting foam. What's wrong?

hello small puppy ate a pork chop bone two days ago and last night he started acting real lathargic and this morning he has threw up once and it was all white foam he is also drooling alot. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Smooth Coat) | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 7 days old | 5 lbs
