Why is my cat pooping blood? Do I need to see a vet immediately?

Hi, this morning I saw may cat popping and it was with blood. Then in the evening a check it again, there was again blood. Can you recommend please a good veterinary ? Pet's info: Cat | European Shorthair | Male | neutered | 6 years and 3 months old | 12 lbs

I would search for these on google and give one of them a call to set up an appointment to have Felix examined. I would try and bring a poop sample with you for further testing.
