Hi can you tell me what the cause is for my 1 year old dog to jave this problem everytime she is in heat. This is the second time it happens. I would like to know if there is a way to prevent it please.

This is a uterine prolapse, and this can happen due to the hormones produced when a dog is in heat. The only way to prevent this is to have Roxy spayed. You need to take her into a vet now to have this treated, and I would spay her when her heat is over.
