Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 11 months old | 10.8 lbs
Hi, A few days ago, I noticed that my cat started growling, hissing and even attacking it's own tail. As soon as I noticed that behavior I took her to the vet, he examined her but couldn't find anything wrong, She stopped doing it for a couple of days till this morning when I noticed the exact same behavior.. I took her to the vet yet again, but still he couldn't find anything, this time though.. he gave her a painkiller injection. Should I be worried ? What do you think is wrong with my cat ?

It would be hard to say. If your vet can't find any health issues, I would see if there is another trigger - time of day, location, specific events that happen (are you putting down food first? Could there be a critter in the wall?) or if something new has happened (new person, new pet, etc). This may help you pinpoint a cause which you can then use to adjust behavior as needed.
