What's the best temperature for bathing my short haired dog inside?

Lukewarm water is best - around 100 degrees Fahrenheit. If you’re asking about room temperature I’d say if it would be comfortable for you to take a shower your dog should be fine as well. Some short haired dogs can be sensitive to temperature changes and might shiver for a short time after an indoor bath - this isn’t dangerous.
