Why is my dog so sleepy and losing weight even though he eats?

My dog always sleeps no energy. But he always eats his food no diarrhoea .lose weight too.what is the reason doc? Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | unneutered | 2 years old

If you think that Zeus is losing weight and is lethargic / sleepy, I would recommend having him examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made.
