Spayed cat can't walk, screams in pain, has lump. What should I do?

I got my cat spayed October 26th and a few days ago a lump showed up under the incision, and today she cant walk on her back legs but when she does she screams in pain

This not being able to walk on her back legs isn't normal, and it's a medical emergency. Kitty has to see a vet now. This lump could be a post-op complication like a seroma. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.

This is a serious emergency. She may have been hit by a car. You will need to take her to your vet right now, please. The vet will take xrays to find out whether her hip is intact, and her spinal cord. A hard stomach is a sign of severe pain either in the abdomen or spinal or hip area. Please take her now. This is an emergency and you will need to take your cat to a veterinarian/emergency service right away. There may be nerve damage or the infection travelled up the spinal cord or he may have developed a blood clot shutting off blood flow to his hind legs. Please take him to a veterinarian right now. Call your veterinarian, and there should be emergency information on the answering machine.

Poor Tiny! If you feel you can't wait until tomorrow for her to see a vet (and I agree it sounds like seeing a vet now is best for her as it sounds like she is in pain), I would get her into a vet right away. It could be she was injured when your nephew rolled on her. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. I have a 8week old kitten. I camw home from work and i noticed she's not using one of her back legs. I tried to touch it and she cried loudly. She's not walking on it either. What could be wrong
Poor Gracie! She could have fallen and broken her leg. She also could strained or torn a ligament. It's quite serious that she isn't walking on it and won't let you touch it. I would take her into a vet immediately for a lameness exam and x-rays. These tests will help diagnose what is causing this problem so she can be treated. In young kittens, it's important to get these problems checked out promptly to prevent any disruption to normal growth. This will also be very painful to her, and the vet can give her pain medications. Please do not give her any human pain medications, many are toxic to cats and are fatal if given. Only the vet can prescribe safe ones. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. My cat is 4 yrs and she is spayed. Lately she has developed an external issue with anal/vaginal swelling. My vet said there was nothing internal. The trouble is she has lumps vaginally and it hurts her.
If she is experiencing vaginal swelling i would suspect an ectopic ovarian cyst (this can happen regardless of the spay procedure. if this issue does not resolve after a while the solution is usually a surgery to look for the ovarian remenent cyst in the abdominal cavity.

Please make an appointment to have Narla seen by a vet, as limping like you described can be an indication of pain. This could be due to a muscular or nerve injury, trauma, some infectious diseases such as Lyme disease, or joint diseases such as arthritis. The gait you are describing could also be due to luxating patellas, a condition where the kneecap is not stable in the joint, or a tear of the cranial cruciate ligament (similar to the acl in people). Your vet can assess Narla by doing a physical exam, and will make recommendations for further diagnostics/ treatments as needed. Pain medications meant for humans can be very dangerous and even deadly for cats due to toxicity, so I do not recommend giving any to Narla without consulting with your vet. Here are some links with more information about luxating patellas, cruciate ligaments, and arthritis. Meow Meow sound very sick, and at this point in time, this is a medical emergency. You cannot treat this at home, there are no pain medications you can give her. My cat is being affectionate all of a sudden. We noticed a toad like vaginal discharge, pus consistency. And her stomach feels tight. She has a somewhat lump in her belly. We are worried that it might be life threatening. Please help. We are nowhere
That discharge is very abnormal. My guess is that she may have a pyometra (uterine infection). I suggest you get her to a vet as soon as you can. If you are not near an emergency vet she can likely wait until morning as long as she is eating and drinking OK. If she is acting sick then you need to find an emergency vet right now. Hi my kitten got spayed last week and she had her post op appointment where they saw her wound was quite crusty but there was no puss or blood or temperature or pain reaction or any sign of an infection but I've noticed that there seems to be a lump
If the lump is new then I would call the veterinarian and discuss it. It is very likely they would want her back in sooner if a swelling has started to appear in the last few days. It could be a simple hematoma which will resolve, but it better to be seen if possible. You can apply a cool compress to the area in the meantime. if she will tolerate it.

This is an emergency, as your cat could be suffering from a riding thrombus, which is a blood clot that keeps blood flowing from the aorta into the femoral arteries. This is a very painful and life threatening condition. She could also have been a victim of a traffic accident hurting her spinal cord. Please take her to a veterinarian or an emergency room right away. The vet will want to do radiographs and a blood test and your kitty will need treatment depending on the diagnosis today.
