My blue tongue skink has a finger that has become swollen and started bleeding. What should I do until I can get her into a vet?

Thanks for reaching out about Khalessi and including photos. Keep her on clean, dry cloths and not substrate that can get into the wound or adhere to blood. A warm shallow bath might soothe the toe if you believe it is uncomfortable. The swollen digit could be a fracture, dislocation, infection or other, so a veterinary visit is a good idea to assess.
