My 3-month-old puppy is unvaccinated and not eating. What should I do?

My puppy becomes 3 months old but his previous owner never vaccinated him . So I want to know that how can I vaccinated my puppy from now means when he is 3 months old. Please suggest and also one more problem he is not eating properly and sufficiently. Please help. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 3 days old | 13 lbs

It's not an issue, just take him to the vet and have him vaccinated, he will need at least two vaccinations 4 weeks apart. regarding the food- try to switch to a different brand of food such as Royal canin.
