My dog grunts, sneezes, snores, and reverse sneezes. Is it serious?

Penelope has always grunted/groaned often, usually when changing positions/getting belly rubs, but lately (2 weeks-ish) is doing it CONSTANTLY, I’ve also noticed more sneezes, especially when outside, very loud snoring at night, reverse sneezes. Activity, eating/drinking, peeing/pooping, weight all same, no changes in food/environment, laundry soap, or other household variables, no medications, no pertinent health history. Is this allergies? Polyps? Sinusitis? Something to be worried about?Thx! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 2 years and 10 months old | 16 lbs

Allergies, polyps, and sinusitis are all possible causes of Penelope's symptoms. She may also be dealing with a foreign body (such as plant matter) stuck in the nose, or a growth of some sort other than a polyp. Since it sounds like she is otherwise doing well, I would not be overly worried, but her symptoms warrant a trip to the vet to help figure out what is going on.
