Hello my cat has been tested positive for feline leukaemia virus and treated for anaemia , plus an infection and sent home. she is now not eating, breathing very fast, purring and has dialated pupils. It is night time and i am concerned we will bring her to the Vet in the morning but is there anything we can do in the meantime?

I wouldn't wait until the morning, I'm concerned about her breathing. Any breathing problem is an emergency. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.
