My dog is lethargic, not eating, weak, shivering. What's wrong?

My pet is an Indian Spitz (male), just over an year old. Over the past week to 10 days, he's been very quiet & lethargic. Doesn't eat at all. Just prefers lying in a corner all by himself. Doesn't show interest in any of the things/treats he used to earlier. We consulted a vet & he found no fever or any other issue. Since yesterday, he's very weak & keeps shivering. Any advice?? Hello. I am very suspicious that there may be something going on with Lucky. A young Spitz should be full of energy & bouncing off the walls. I really believe that your vet needs to look a little more to see what might be going on. Was any blood work or a urinalysis performed at the last visit? Was any other testing offered such as for tick disease or any other diseases that might be common to your area? Lethargy & shivering are a true indication that Lucky does not feel well.
