My Frenchie puppy suddenly stopped eating and won't take treats. Why?

I have a new Frenchie puppy who is 3 months old , we have had him for 4 days now, he has been eating like a pig whenever he gets his meals or treats but today he ate his breakfast but only had a small amount of his afternoon feed and isn't accepting any treats, should I be concerned ? Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 3 days old

At the moment I would not be extremely concerned but I would recommend to just monitor him for the next 8-12hours and see if inappetence is persisting or resolving by itself. If persisting a check up would be required.
