Why did my kitten have a bad reaction and die after a vet injection?

Hello, I have a kitty (cat) which is 5 to 6 months his name is Shairoo, he got unwell & get vomiting & never drink or eat anything before 4 days back, i get him to the vet dr. he put him oxidil injection afterthis he get more vomiting & his leg where injection done was not feeling good and he was uncomfortable with his leg which was not moving. After 10 to 12 hours My kitty had died. My question is why he get more unwell after injection or anything else. Please answer as soon as possible. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered

I am sorry to hear your kitty did not make it. I am unsure as to what the problem was but it may have been that he was not getting better from the treatments that were given and he just continued to worsen despite treatment. Hard to say since I was unable to examine him and see him in person. He may have eaten something that caused an intestinal obstruction and he may also have had a bad infection somewhere.
