Pet's info: Cat | Ragdoll | Female | spayed | 8 lbs

7 year old Ragdoll female just today started have issues urinating - just tonight has been to litter box nearly 10 times with no success, making faint noises and vomited once tonight. Just wondering if I can give doxycycline tabs I have before the vets open in about 9 hours?

I would hold off on giving any antibiotics and wait to be seen by the veterinarian. When you get there, I would recommend having her blood tested, urine tested and have possible x-rays done of her abdomen as a baseline. I hope this helps and hope Eesha gets better soon! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.
