My dog vomits after drinking water. Is it a blockage or behavior?

My dog has been vomiting after drinking more than a few sips of water for the last >2 years. Not every time, but every so often she will have bouts of "chugging" water and then vomiting. She will also often vomit if she is fed a snack outside of regular meals. Everything has come back as normal in her regular vet visits but I am wondering- is it possible she has a blockage or something other than behavior is causing this? Thanks! A blockage would be expected to cause more frequent issues than you describe. I recommend videoing the episodes to show to your vet as there may be clues there, regurgitating water after drinking large amounts of cold water is quite common
