Mazikeen is to be a future service dog and on the right track in her training however I now I have to start deciding if I should get PennHip testing or OA. Which is better? I hear PennHip gives more accurate testing, is this true?

The PennHip is generally considered to be more accurate: https://www.aaha.org/publications/newstat/articles/2010-11/study-compares-pennhip-ofa/ I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
