My lizard's tail is dark at the end. Is it tail rot? What should I do?

I’ve been looking into tail rot and the end of my lizzards tail is a lot darker than the rest of her tail what do you think? Pet's info: Reptile | Bearded Dragon | Male | unneutered | 10 months and 1 day old | 0.4 lbs

Thanks for reaching out about Smaug and including photos. The end of the tail appears to be necrotic. A veterinary visit is recommended to assess and provide a diagnostic/treatment plan. The environment needs to be kept clean so substrate should be removed and replaced with paper towels or fabric to lessen the chance of contamination.
