Low-cost vet for my dog's ear infection near Ringgold, GA?

Is there a low-cost vet that I can take my dog to in the Ringgold Georgia area. I don't have very much money at all right now and it seems to me like he has a ear infection or something going on because he shakes his head frequently. I need to get him to the vet ASAP but do not have the money to do so
