My cat has hair loss and a lip ulcer after steroids. What can I do?

Hello, I am very concerned that since my cat received 2 different steroids in a 2 month time spand for a road kill ulcer, & now his hair is falling out all over, & he still has the ulcer on his interior upper lip. Is there anything all natural or over the counter I give him for this? He is not scratching or bothered by this & I have used Revolution on him for 1 year now. I trapped this 6 year old boy with the intention to neuter & release like the rest but he was in real bad shape, I could'nt. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 13 lbs

Unfortunately the main thing that can help is steroids but it is also very important to try and take out all potential external causes such as fleas (treat him every month) and food allergy (feed him a prescription hypoallergenic diet).
