Hamsters sneezing and squeaking in hot weather. What should I do?

Hii i have three syrian hamsters and the weather is extremely hot and i use a fan for them it's not directed to them but today when i woke up i noticed that they are all sneezing and squeaking and i can't go to any vet these days.. Is there is any vitamin i can give them or what should i do?

If they are sneezing but otherwise eating, drinking and acting normally I would not be too concerned. I would recommend adding a humidifier to their room to help moisten the air. This may help with their respiratory issues. If the sneezing becomes excessive, they become lethargic, or stop eating, you will have to take them to the vet because they will likely need antibiotics.
